My Story

When I first discovered yoga at the age of 19, I was in awe of the asana  practice that allowed me to feel so comfortable being grounded in my body.When I re-discovered yoga at the age of 21, I was greatly in need of every limb of the practice to help me navigate the discomfort of my self-study (svadhyaya). At that time, yoga had a profound impact on my life because it was a growing flame–my sole outlet amid the chaos of the lifestyle I was leading at that time.

Through the illumination of the place inside of myself that was quiet and still–one which I had never encountered before–came the realization that I could always seek refuge there. As I practiced with an ever-growing sense of curiosity and deepened devotion, I was able to begin viewing glimpses of the world and others through the stillness inside of my heart.

As you may imagine, this is what changed everything for me. Once ignited, the inner light of awareness (purusha) cannnot be dimmed again. This light and connection to your own spirit can spiral into many types of unexpected positive growth and changes in your life.

I truly feel that this practice saved my life on several occasions. Therefore, I am immensely grateful to be able to share these sacred teachings with all those who are willing to learn.

Yoga is the practice that saved me from who I thought I was and introduced me to my Self.

My Qualifications

In 2016, I decided to deepen my yoga practice by embarking on my yoga teacher training under the instruction of my teacher, Heather Roussos. 

It has been my mission ever since to devotedly share the practice of yoga with others who are on this journey.


  • Registered Yoga Teacher-200, Yoga Alliance
  • Several years of experience teaching one-on-one clients and group classes of all sizes
  • Able to tailor my  teaching style to the student’s level–advanced or beginner
  • Implemented yoga wellness programs into corporate settings
